Author bio:

This is Juan’s first attempt at writing a complete short story and presenting it on a digital platform. 

The theme, framework and content of the story have been modified several times, from dual personalities, time travel, double perspectives, romance, dream world, to this version finally presented—a father and son who use diary to have impossible conversation… 

Juan put a huge amount of effort into this, and worked hard on the subsequent layout of the text, background images and music design. Overall, your support will be the greatest reward for my effort!

Abstract:

Among the mother’s legacy, Erick stumbles upon his late father Fred’s diary, and in this way, Erick is accompanied by Fred for almost seventeen years.

Erick goes from having nothing, attempting suicide, to chasing his dream of becoming a drummer, step by step. During the ascendant phase of his career, he is subjected to overwhelming vilification.  This time, what will he choose? Return to mediocrity or continue to chase his fame?
